Original construction had a garage plan but somehow it was not built. At this stage, we need a design to build an internal two car garage and then possibly finish a half-way construction to the concrete job so that at least we can park our cars outside of future garage. Since the parking lot that we want to use is a kind of hill covered with lawn, I think this soil should be removed in the beginning.

Roof Repair

New room construction, plans drawn, sunroom removal, re-do deck

Hi We require a builder and/or draftsman/architect who can draw a plan for a sunroom removal and construction of a walled room in its place.Extension of roof gable over this new construction. Also- Current deck needs to be resloped, currently has a PVC plastic product over the deck as their are rooms underneath.
