Roofing pitch roofed pergola

I have a Pergola in my backgarden that I would like to get roofed so that I can use it throughout the year. I have thought about getting it roofed in clearlight but am also open to other suggestions. There are garden beds around the Pergola so I need to ensure that some sort of guttering is also installed. I am after quotes initially but am keen to get the job done if the price is right. I have a circular patio area at the rear of my house which has been made from red bricks. When the patio was built they did not put in proper drainage. Many of the bricks have now sunk making the area very uneven and it floods with water during winter (the water then eventually seeps into my garage). My back lawn is planted on a heavy clay soil so it turns into a swamp in winter and develops large cracks in summer. I would like to get quotes for having drainage put in so I can enjoy my lawn all year round. Garden/Path/Tree Maintenance in Hataitai

A small area on the side of our house needs painting. It is quite high though, so scaffolding would be required. The total area is approx. 12-15 m2 and is weatherboard. Remove carpet, sand & polish wooden floors

I just bought this 100 year old house, and need to remove the old carpet in the lounge, 2 rooms, a corridor and stairs (maybe 50sqm ?) Underneath is linoleum also to be removed. Below are old rimu floorboards that would need to be sanded and polished. For an addition to the lounge, new boards (or recycled rimu boards) would be needed. I would also like to add some insulation under the whole floor (easy access under the house).
