Lawn Mowing and Ad Hoc Gardening

Hi there I am looking for someone who could mow the front verge in front of two houses (once every three weeks) and from time to time (3 - 4 monthly as required) spray for weeds and trim hedges for a small common driveway. This someone needs to be trustworthy, reliable and easy to deal with, do the job and do it well. We have had someone in the past who has over committed and I have had to chase - including to be invoiced. This is for a small body corporate (8 - 10 houses) who has never missed a payment. Invoices to be emailed to myself. Location is Albany, Northcross. Thank you.
