remove carpet, sand & polish wooden floors

I just bought this 100 year old house, and need to remove the old carpet in the lounge, 2 rooms, a corridor and stairs (maybe 50sqm ?) Underneath is linoleum also to be removed. Below are old rimu floorboards that would need to be sanded and polished. For an addition to the lounge, new boards (or recycled rimu boards) would be needed. I would also like to add some insulation under the whole floor (easy access under the house).
