I have a rental property at the moment with a few wiring/electrics issues. my tenant has mentioned the bulbs seem to blow out quite often in the kitchen. Will need the bulb sockets looked at and replaced with new ones if required, 1 of the sockets is definitely broken and will need replacing. Could you also test to see whether there is anything causing the issue fuse wise as tenant also mentioned one of the elements on the stove has also died and sometimes the fuse gets tripped while cooking with all the elements on. if the element is easily fixed i would like this too Would like to know approx costs involved before job is booked.

Toney was the first to respond to my job and very prompt in following up with a phone call and to organise a site visit. Very professional and thorough in explaining what he thought might need attention and why and finished the job very quickly. will definitely be using his services again should i need it :)
