Oven needs to be fixed - is not working on bake (only works on grill). Power box to be sorted as the cover no longer fits since last electrician did some work. A double point also needs to be looked at as it is the power point for the oven and microwave and is close to another double power point that has the kettle and toaster - only one appliance can be used at a time otherwise it may trip the power. We require someone to come out and provide a quote for these jobs please.

Rotten flooring replaced.

Tiling of back wall of kitchen. Painted walls. 2 "splashback" areas up to ceiling and narrow area above window. Around 2 floating shelves and electrical sockets. Mixture of matte and gloss, left and right tiles. Pic shows area in blue but there's the same space at the other end of the kitchen to tile also plus thin strip above the window, between the 2 areas. Style of tiles in black in pic - but my job is white. Any time after 15 August.

Back yard has no proper drainage system though there is council drain in the front. from the backyard a drain must be laid and connected to the front. the total distance an under ground drainage for rain water shoud run is about 12 - 15 meters. Mostly the diggig to lay the pipes/ drain is through the existing lawn ( along the side of the house ) and a small distance through paving.
