Small 2 bed unit. Back yard has no proper drainage system though there is council drain in the front. from the backyard a drain must be laid and connected to the front. the total distance an under ground drainage for rain water shoud run is about 12 - 15 meters. Mostly the diggig to lay the pipes/ drain is through the existing lawn ( along the side of the house ) and a small distance through paving.
