Need new ceiling in bathroom; ceiling adjustment in kitchen. This is to fit two new skylights.

Need interior ceiling framing/detailing done on new skylights. 1) Skylight 1: This is in the kitchen, it is a Velux skylight that was installed over previous DIY skylight. The previous skylight was a few CM wider, so framing / architraves will need to be built to suit the new skylight. 2) Skylight 2: This is in the bathroom. This is a shallow roof (no attic above). I put in a skylight, but now the interior work needs to be done. The previous ceiling had some water damage from the old roof, and so I tore into it a bit to take a look, and the entire ceiling needs to be swapped out and that is beyond me! There are no lights in the ceiling. The new ceiling will need new framing to support the new light shaft.
