We want to keep our cats inside the backyard by installing fence brackets and netting (probably catnet through --- / ) to the existing perimeter fence. Large backyard about 300 square metres. Also need timber & net fence built on each side of the house, with a gate on one side to allow access to the backyard. Fence brackets may have to be lower than the photo due to Council regs. Thanks.

Yamaha 80 outboard

Jerky Garage Door sometimes resets when closing.

Aluminium Front Door Hinge Replacement

Someone experienced to repair/replace a rotten weatherboard in a 1940s bungalow without destroying all the other weatherboards around it or the cornerboxing and scribers. Fixing a cornerbox and scriber where a fence post has been removed and repairing a couple of wooden soakers (triangular) and fixing to weatherboards. I have painters here now so would be good to have the job done promptly and properly as I have been let down by other builders. I would also like some window stays fixed to win...

Leak from ceiling repair

I was at home and the smoke detector went off. I took a look and there was no fire but there was water leaking from the smoke detector. I took it off and could see water had accumulated around the area forming bubbles in the paint. See photos. There seems to be a very small leak from the ceiling, probably from a pipe going or coming from the bathroom upstairs. I need a plumber to detect source of water and repair it.
