Cat netting

We want to keep our cats inside the backyard by installing fence brackets and netting (probably catnet through --- / ) to the existing perimeter fence. Large backyard about 300 square metres. Also need timber & net fence built on each side of the house, with a gate on one side to allow access to the backyard. Fence brackets may have to be lower than the photo due to Council regs. Thanks.
