Bungalow Repair

Someone experienced to repair/replace a rotten weatherboard in a 1940s bungalow without destroying all the other weatherboards around it or the cornerboxing and scribers. Fixing a cornerbox and scriber where a fence post has been removed and repairing a couple of wooden soakers (triangular) and fixing to weatherboards. I have painters here now so would be good to have the job done promptly and properly as I have been let down by other builders. I would also like some window stays fixed to windows.
