Hi there, we have 5 mature trees that need some TLC (Tender Loving Care) as we got them after moving into this house and are not sure what their health is like. They need pruning and treatment for winter, our idea is that we want to make it easily manageable. We are not going to delay this job much and hence will need the arborist we pick to start by 2 weeks atleast. Not looking for any cowboys as we have had some bad experiences and learnt our lesson the hard way lol.

Hi, we had a crack develop in our concrete retaining wall during the earthquakes for which we got paid out. The scope of works was to grind out and epoxy. We did a repair ourselves which involved epoxy but not grind out. This was fine and has not moved however we are now selling the house so think we need to get this done officially. Have attached some photos of the area.

I am looking to install 2 cavity slider doors in lounge, 1 of which may be impacted by existing disused brick chimney which has been demolished to roof level (new roofing since installed). The walls affected will need to be rewallpapered. Builder to apply for permits/consents and arrange for any electrical work to be undertaken.
