Small retaining walls + landscaping

We just moved into this new build in October 2017, and the amount of thought put into this space by the developer was lacklustre at best. The land is slipping away, and the weed matting is rotting away. Now we're suffering an extremely ugly area that has exploded with weeds and now the neighbours cats are using it as a toilet (I'll clean this before you arrive). The native plants provided are still fine and it would be nice to retain these. As for the job - We would like the entire space to be terraced with small retaining walls so we can have flat levels that will A) Prevent erosion B) Safer flat area for me to mow the lawn above C) Hide that ugly concrete for the manhole. Also with some small pavers placed throughout so we have a place to stand when tending to this garden. I've provided some photos of the area - we have a basic idea in mind on what we want but would like professional advice on this. We also put through a request on beforeUdig and have some diagrams if you would like to see them - it appears the only thing in this space is the culvert for stormwater
