Repair retaining wall

Hi, we had a crack develop in our concrete retaining wall during the earthquakes for which we got paid out. The scope of works was to grind out and epoxy. We did a repair ourselves which involved epoxy but not grind out. This was fine and has not moved however we are now selling the house so think we need to get this done officially. Have attached some photos of the area.
