End of tenancy lawn mowing.
Job description
One off lawn mowing and edges required next week (end of tenancy). Lawn reasonably long, previous tenant failed to do much. All clippings to be removed. Residential house on 500 sqm section. I would estimate max of 1 hour required.

It took a few false starts getting Mark to my property to provide a quote - when he did arrive late on Friday afternoon, I either had to accept his quote and get it done on the spot or do it myself so not the ideal situation to be put in (needed to be done with tenant moving in the next day). For the price I would have expected the lawn clippings to be removed, however it was just mulched. While it looked better than it was, it wasn't quite as nice as I had hoped. Mark was pleasant to deal with.
