Garage side door repair & Cat door Installation

I have a Garage side door, the lower panel has a pet door installed. I want to install a different pet door that is smaller than the current hole. So I either need a new panel fitted then cat door installed or new skin on ech side of the door and cat door installed. The door is Aluminium and the panel is the insulated style.

Fix stormwater drainage

My stormwater soak holes are not working any more so want to create soak hole or other drainage option to remove roof water. There are 3 downpipes on the main house plus one on a lean to addition and a small one fro a veranda. There is a drainage pipe from the garage to street which could potentially be connected to. Also looking to seal driveway so may need drainage from that.

Re roof small addition

Includes apron flashing along roof where meets concrete tile roof and barge flashings on each side. Also 1 shorter length of approx 1.3m over veranda. Leaning fence to be repaired

Fence running parallel to drive way has started leaning on a section of it due to needing a re-post. It's roughly 8m long needing to be sorted. Timber on part needing repair is 3 years old, however post on property was set on top soil thus not having the ability to be straight and upright and have sagged over time. Foundation for fence is to be relooked at and set into the ground instead of a top soil
