Sleep out renovation

I am renovating a sleep out. Removed the interior lining and found some rotten timber framing. Three places that I have found, one in a ceiling piece where roof joins wall, two in timber framing on the floor where it joins the concrete floor. As well one wall stud has been half knocked half off its base after a neighbour dropped a tree on the outside wall. Would like that repaired.

Remove log burner and flue from two storey house

We have an old log burner that needs to be removed. It is attached on two sides of a wall and the flue goes up through the second floor and the roof, so we will need it to be patched where a hole will be left in the wall and ceiling downstairs and also the upstairs floor and ceiling, (basic patching - doesn’t need to match the existing walls/ceilings) as well as the roof. Ignore the “budget” section - I couldn’t leave it blank and don’t know how much this will cost.
