I am looking for a planner to give me quote on providing subdivision report for my property. To give you more details, I need to mention that I did applied for resource and building consents for a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom minor dwelling last year which was successfully accepted. However, I’ve found that I may be able to subdivide the house to 2 separated titles now, based on the new unitary plan. I have prepared the required plan with applicable rules but need a planner to help me on writing the report and lodging the application to council and I would appreciate if you please give me a fair fixed price for writing the report and lodgement to the council and follow up (if required). I have previous granted resource consent for minor dwelling and its related plans, new scheme which showing the site access and parking location for new dwelling. Also I have new site plan with applicable rules for subdivision application. I need to mention that parking will be placed in front of existing dwelling due to narrow access.
