The inside walls of my house are all un-insulated and covered in painted over wallpaper. I’d like to find out how much it would cost to re-line and insulate the outside walls, leaving me with just the internal walls to strip and either wallpaper or paint. Cost sensitive but would like to keep as a rental, so the insulation option has greater appeal than simply stripping and re-covering all existing walls.

Ceiling requires replacement, with refit of existing down lights, extractor and heater (as these were recently replaced). Possibly more renovation work if the job is well done.

Glass blocks reseal .

Reseal around glass blocks in a paved patio on top of a garage. The blocks sit in neoprene boots(some in poor condition)in a galvanised metal frame. 4 smallish jobs

I’d like a piece of wood added to visually extend a beam further so it meets the adjoining wall - a purely cosmetic change before I paint the lounge. 3. I’d like to see if it’s possible to alter the cupboards/supports around my old dead dishwasher so I can replace it. Apparently it is 10mm smaller than standard dishwashers now....
