4 smallish jobs
Job description
I have a few smallish jobs that need doing. Pictures attached. 1. I’d like a small gib partition built to block off an unfinished area above a brick fireplace. 2. I’d like a piece of wood added to visually extend a beam further so it meets the adjoining wall - a purely cosmetic change before I paint the lounge. 3. I’d like to see if it’s possible to alter the cupboards/supports around my old dead dishwasher so I can replace it. Apparently it is 10mm smaller than standard dishwashers now. 4. I’ve just noticed some rotting boards on the exterior of the house. They are near an upstairs bathroom so I’d like to check if there is a leak, and then take whatever action is needed. The boards are high up and would need scaffolding so I would probably wait til summer and paint at the same time if not urgent.

Paul was great to deal with and completed the jobs efficiently and effectively. He also made time to sort out another job that came up unexpectedly.
