A couple of things need doing: (1) Install an awning (TradeTested) 3m x 2m retractable awning, over the slider door. Looks like this: --- (2) Stop the draug --- need a qualified builder to look at the kitchen window and give a suggestion to stop the draught at the top of each window. There are 3 windows, each with approximately 2cm gap at the top, which can get a bit draughty in winter. We had it taped but that only worked short term. The middle window is a louvre, the other two are solid fixed (non-opening). If you could board over the windows on the outside at the top to stop the draft that would be ok, something that would fit in with what's currently there, colour-wise. Whatever works to stop the draught. (3) Door: check the side door and recommend a solution to stop the draught coming through. Might just need a seal of some sort? Thank you.

The jobs were completed by Cheyne Hakaraia. He draught-proofed our little house and installed an awesome new awning. He was great with communication and completed the jobs to a high standard. He was on time and on budget. I would highly recommend using Cheyne and would not hesitate to request his help for future work. Thank you Cheyne.
