Ensuite renovation

I am in the process of ripping out my 80s era ensuite to modernise - replace vanity, inset shower and toilet; re-paint (and re-gib where necessary). New flooring can go in whenever the best time is. Ceiling requires replacement, with refit of existing down lights, extractor and heater (as these were recently replaced). Possibly more renovation work if the job is well done.
