Additional toilet

I would like a toilet added to a compact space (currently used for storage) located under a stairwell. The job will entail adding a back wall (preferably with the plumbing then hidden), pipes laid (plumbing less than 5 metres away in a straight line), a slimline toilet added and the area tiled. The area is 95 cm by 145 cm. I would like it done as soon as possible taking into account council approval time frames.

Earthquake Damage from the Kaikoura Earthquake Our previous tradesperson has withdrawn from this task. There are cracks in the north wall of the house. The front door no longer closes properly, indeed the floor around the door still bounces. (This was repaired but has now returned to its previous state.) Also, toward the west of the house there is a bouncing floor in a bedroom between the garage and the master bedroom. Twelve piles were recommended to be needed to stabilise the floors....
