I would like a toilet added to a compact space (currently used for storage) located under a stairwell. The job will entail adding a back wall (preferably with the plumbing then hidden), pipes laid (plumbing less than 5 metres away in a straight line), a slimline toilet added and the area tiled. The area is 95 cm by 145 cm. I would like it done as soon as possible taking into account council approval time frames.
