Job description
Earthquake Damage from the Kaikoura Earthquake Our previous tradesperson has withdrawn from this task. There are cracks in the north wall of the house. The front door no longer closes properly, indeed the floor around the door still bounces. (This was repaired but has now returned to its previous state.) Also, toward the west of the house there is a bouncing floor in a bedroom between the garage and the master bedroom. Twelve piles were recommended to be needed to stabilise the floors. IAG has provided funds to pay for the repairs. There had been delays in getting this determined. Andrew was a pleasant person to deal with. His action regarding the schedule was mixed. He could have communicated with us more often.
