We are needing a quote for a 28.1m fence to be a boundary fence. As we are new homeowners and have a rental next door to us, we are looking for a 1.8m timber fence to be quoted. Also, if there is a cheaper fence that we can put up than this that will hold dogs, it would also be good to know. (just incase the neighbours dont agree)

Fit a door and small timber around it

I have a small opening 1500x2000mm at the bottom of stair well leading to the rumpus room. I would like to close the opening with timber frame and fit a small door (610x2000mm approx.). We have a verandah/deck to complete at the side and rear of our Villa. The front and side verandah have been built in 200 x 50 arrised edge planking and is roofed. The area to be built is approximately 100m2 and includes a railing and two sets of steps. It wraps around the rear and side of the house. The rear deck is approximately 2m off the ground. New fence and some landscaping

We cut down trees and bushes at the front of our house and now want to build a fence. The fence would be at the front of the house, about 10 meters long and a little fence at the side of the house, with a gate. We have clear plans and ideas on what material to use. To build the fence the area needs to be leveled and some tree stumps and plants need to be removed. The area in front of the fence needs to be prepared for re-planting.

Quite a bit of rot to our weatherboards under our kitchen window to be fixed, flashing around window may also need to be looked at. Another rot spot I have chipped away at to add builders' bog, but see the rot has affected the framing timber. General repair of rot/borer in other spots.

We are chasing the rebates, and If somebody wants to provide a really good package deal they can also do underfloor for my parents Wellington city rental (70 sqm footprint, basic access) which also requires 2 heatpumps installed.
