We have a verandah/deck to complete at the side and rear of our Villa. The front and side verandah have been built in 200 x 50 arrised edge planking and is roofed. The area to be built is approximately 100m2 and includes a railing and two sets of steps. It wraps around the rear and side of the house. The rear deck is approximately 2m off the ground. The plans are available to be viewed.
