Roof leak repair plus basic maintenance

After a recent strong downpour with a fair amount of wind, we discovered what we suspect to be rain entering our house through the roof. We would like to engage someone to repair the roof to resolve this issue, and to perform any other minor repairs (replace rusty roofing nails, etc.) for maintenance. I have attached a photo to give a feel for the type of roof we have. I imagine that a site visit to assess and quote/estimate would be a good starting point.

Rapair concrete block foundation at corner of house

Install duratuf Garrison shed 2m x 2.5 m on existing concrete pad

We have bought a Duratuf Garrison metal garden shed, 2m wide x 2.5m long x 1.9 m high. We need someone to install it and secure it onto an existing concrete pad that is 2.5 m x 1.9 m. We will provide a wood beam for the side that overhangs the pad. The shed kitset materials are by the pad ready for installation. Easy access all around. Looking to have an older leaking hot water cylinder repaired. The house is currently for sale so strongly looking to avoid replacing the cylinder. The water is slowly dripping from the seals as pictured below. Even a temporary fix that gets a few extra months out of the cylinder would be acceptable. 4 windows to be replaced

Just replaced two new gas bottles by Metro Gas staff who suggested to have a gas fitter to look at the Calafont. The Metro gas staff tried but the heater is not working. So there is no hot water in the house. need an expert who knows how to press or adjust the "secret button".
