Replacing rotten timber boards on a verandah siding plus replacing the corrugated plastic side wall / replace vertical support beam on verandah / replacing old timber boards on roofline / two wooden window sills in need of replacement. I'm getting the house re-roofed in April but unsure of the exact time yet, but would ideally like the verandah work looked at before then; other jobs whenever able - Thanks.
