We have just received consent from the council for some renovations to our house 1. Remove a 2.8m long wall that is load bearing and needs a beam installed 2. Reconfigure an interior 2.2m long wall thats substandard and not load bearing 3. Install a new large wooden window in an exterior wall with a new lintel 4. Other smaller repairs to borer damaged wood Approved architect plans are available
