Our house currently has a ceiling with exposed beams but with no insulation in the roof. We would like to put insulation in between the exposed beams and then cover that up with ceiling board to leave the ceiling with a smooth finish. When doing this we would like to install new down lights in the ceiling, as well, to give it a more modern feel. It would also be good to understand possible ventilation possibilities that could be installed at the same time. The ceiling area is between 140-160sqm. We are looking to get quotes to understand how much this would cost and therefore whether we could complete this in the immediate future. I have attached examples of roofing throughout the house.
