We would like a slightly elevated deck added to our backyard area with a ramp down where it needs to meet the ground. The goal is to match the level of the house which is no more than a metre off the ground. Deck slats to be screwed down using either composite or hard wood depending on quote. I have a brick home on piles built in the 1960s with good access under the floor, there is abit of rubbish under the floor but good ground clearance to move about.I after someone To put a moisture barrier on the ground under my house and tape the joins and piles to prevent moisture rising...roughly 130sqm, it could be a labour only job or supply and install. We need repairs to be carried out on our letterboxes. We had the letter plates stolen and despite trying to replace them, bunnings/ mitre 10 etc don’t supply one that will fit and cover the damaged plaster. Looking for a quote and advice on the most cost effective way to approach the repair, perhaps replacing the unit would easier. Keen to avoid using material that will be stolen again.

One, possibly two concrete piles require replacing. The house is about 60 years old. House has been sinking on one side for a few years. The piles requiring attention are on the side of the house closest to a driveway. Weatherboards along the side of the house dip in the centre. There is limited space under the house, only room for crawling. We will supply materials, labour only job. We need this done ASAP as the roof is due for restoration also ASAP.

Had a geotech report done in 2012 need it reviewed as the 6 year requirement has lapped in order to support a new build. Old one was used for a consented building however we are not building this due to cost. Goldiers who did our last report have advised us to do this as they no longer deal in residential. Want it done ASAP don,t want an expensive quote for a full report. 41 Mt Pleasant. Nothing has changed from the old report on site. I can send the report via email.
