Mailbox repair/ replacement

We need repairs to be carried out on our letterboxes. We had the letter plates stolen and despite trying to replace them, bunnings/ mitre 10 etc don’t supply one that will fit and cover the damaged plaster. Looking for a quote and advice on the most cost effective way to approach the repair, perhaps replacing the unit would easier. Keen to avoid using material that will be stolen again.
