Underfloor insulation job completion

Looking for someone to complete my underfloor insulation install. House is approx 140sqm, and I have installed about half of it, but need someone to quote the supply and install for the remaining half. I have been using Mammoth Multi Polyester R1. 9 press/friction fit pads, and would ideally like to continue using this. Decent crawl space, but ducted heating is a bit of an obstacle. See photos.

Need a new bathroom

We are looking at renovating our bathroom. Keeping the plumbing where it is. The ceiling has asbestos so possibly job over it? There is also a skylight there. The shower wall needs to be taken out so a new shower can be put in. The walls probably need to be ripped off and new jib on. Wasp hive in shrub

There are two boundary rock walls at the moment. One is just loose rock that keeps falling and I've been 'fixing' it by putting the rocks up behind a temporary fence made from old dog kennel doors (left side, approx. 7.5m). 70s nightmare - sml bathroom

Complete evaluation and renovation for Small 2nd floor bathroom . wet room to be just single shower , toilet and float vanity. Fibreglass bath is cracked and may have started dribbling through floor cavity - so checking structural /flooring. We can do demo parts and paint and tile parts but that’s it . First time home owner so defs and first project so patience and guidance and straight talk defs required ! Sooner than better as have stopped using bathroom due to sh** bath tub .
