Shower Toilet Installation

We have a unit in Northcote with a small basement room next to our single garage conversion where we would like to put in a simple bathroom: - cubicle shower - toilet - hand basin We will need help in submitting a plan for building consent as well as installation of the bathroom. Note: Currently there’s already a toilet and basin in there but it’s not permitted. I would like to put it right by taking the lot out and putting in a consented bathroom including a shower cubicle. I would like to replace the toilet with a wall hung one if necessary for the small space, and I expect we will be needing a small wall-hung basin and a corner shower cubicle which I can fit a shower dome when finished. I would like linoleum on the coated concrete floor. If you can help, it means submitting the consent application promptly and hopefully the renovation done before Christmas.
