70s nightmare - sml bathroom

Complete evaluation and renovation for Small 2nd floor bathroom . wet room to be just single shower , toilet and float vanity. Fibreglass bath is cracked and may have started dribbling through floor cavity - so checking structural /flooring. We can do demo parts and paint and tile parts but that’s it . First time home owner so defs and first project so patience and guidance and straight talk defs required ! Sooner than better as have stopped using bathroom due to sh** bath tub .
