I need a new freestanding stove/oven installed - it is electric oven and gas hobs. I do not currently have gas installed so it will require hookup to a gas bottle system and I suspect drilling a hole through the wall (brick exterior) for the gas connection. I also guess electrical connection for the stove will also be required and disconnecting the existing wired electric stove. Hi There We have been having some issues with our drainage around the house, due to old draining system i assume. It has caused a lot water to come under the house (on very heavy rainy days, it can start pool under the house) and we have water seeping through the concrete under our sliding door on the ground floor during very rainy days. As you will see in the picture, there is a step leading to the other side of the edging which then leads to the deck. At night the edge can’t be seen and it will cause a trip hazard. I’d like the piece (I think it’s around 1m long) removed so no one face plants.

Front conservatory room has windows at 0 degrees, 45 degree and then at right angles so requires installation of bendy curtin tracks. Previous plastic tracks have broken due to weight of curtains. Metal tracks need to be purchased and installed to allow the curtains to be moved across the window pains at different angles. Also require installation of a lock on the toilet door at this rental property.

Roof flashings need inspection and repair

During heavy rains there's been leaks into the house from the roof. Given the nails and roof are in pretty good condition there's reason to believe that the flashings in the roof are leaking and may need repair/replacement. I've only included photos of the leak inside the house and the area of the roof from the ground I expect the leak to be coming from. The roofer assigned the job will need to do an inspection to determine the true cause of the leak.
