Install curtin tracks& curtins + install lock on toilet door

Front conservatory room has windows at 0 degrees, 45 degree and then at right angles so requires installation of bendy curtin tracks. Previous plastic tracks have broken due to weight of curtains. Metal tracks need to be purchased and installed to allow the curtains to be moved across the window pains at different angles. Also require installation of a lock on the toilet door at this rental property.
