Roof flashings need inspection and repair

During heavy rains there's been leaks into the house from the roof. Given the nails and roof are in pretty good condition there's reason to believe that the flashings in the roof are leaking and may need repair/replacement. I've only included photos of the leak inside the house and the area of the roof from the ground I expect the leak to be coming from. The roofer assigned the job will need to do an inspection to determine the true cause of the leak.
