Roof leak investigation and repair

We have a Monier Centurion Roof tile, the roof valley has been leaking for a while. We got it cleaned last summer and mesh was installed. Unfortunately, the valley is still leaking. I would like to get someone to open up the valley and (A) apply a sealant to where its leaking or (B) replace the whole valley flashing if needed to address the leak. Please provide a comment and pricing on what do you think will solve the leak.

Hi, i am looking for someone who can do a budget job on this middle unit in New Lynn. I can organise edge protection as its a 2 storey unit. The roofer needs to ideally do all the work in 1 day except the flashings as we dont want to disturb the other unit occupants and this unit is sold and new owners are moving in mid Sept so dont contact me if you cant meet these criteria please. They need to keep the site tidy and remove and dispose of the old roof. Insulation is alredy in place.

Remove bubbles in paint from previous job. Repaint.

I’m not sure of the best way to solve this. A former painter did a bad job on our roof. At first it just looked a bit patchy. Then they decided to do another coat with a cheaper paint brand, and it bubbled up rapidly. It was painted on extremely hot days which might have contributed to it. One side is much worse than the other. Suggestions have been: replace the roof (quotes around $12k-$20k) and cut out the bubbles and repaint (~$3k). We are looking at the second option.
