Hot water cylinder repair + lights

HW cylinder doesn't heat. Electrician saw it and said he'd need a plumber to work with him. Then he got sick and can't work. Also want one external light installed, 3 internal ceiling lights, and an oven light replaced. Tuesdays and Thusdays are best for me. (Assuming you don't work weekends).
