Basement damp proofing and small block wall to cover perimeter footing

The perimeter wall is letting water into the basement, between the slab and wall footing. The basement looks as if it's been taken to a lower level at some point, with a small wall covering the old perimeter footing. The water is entering where the smaller block wall is missing. Keen for someone to take a look and see if completing the smaller wall would help things.

Remove and reinstall fixed bathroom mirrors in Grafton tenanted unit

Seeking quotes this week to remove mirror (W 55 inches, H 41 inches approx) fixed to bathroom wall & small mirror fixed to a small side wall so that a plumber can replace the toilet tank which is inbuilt behind main wall (access at back of main bedroom clothes closet).
