Shore Rd Laundry Renovation

Shower liner replacement

To facilitate this, shower lining needs to be removed from the wall in main bathroom along with GIB and we are looking for someone to perform this task. A lot of fence

Needing both the side and back fence replaced. Timber framing with corrugated iron/tin. Rear fence is about 15ish m (estimate) Side fence may 50ish m (estimate) At the most. I have my contractor coming in in the next few weeks to clear my section. He can take down and remove the old fence. Even drill in the post holes. Hopefully we can do the fence then as I need the section fenced as we have kids and dogs.

Repair weatherboard cladding and remove some rot

One rotten board on the end of the cladding has been removed. It needs to be replaced. The original board was 20 x 50 x 560 mm. There is a little bit of rot in the ends of two boards that touched the rotten board. We don't want the replacement wood painted, just primed. We will do the topcoats ourselves. We also have a loose weatherboard that needs to be tacked back in place. The weatherboards may be heart matai. The house was built in 1950 and that is what it says on the building application....
