Moving our Fibre box to new location

Hi there, we have a Fibre box that we need moved as we are renovating our home. We have been quoted a lot of money to do it through 2 degrees. Currently the wall has a door way in it and an open rectangle space so you can see from the dining room through to the kitchen. I don’t think it’s a load bearing wall but would have to confirm that.
