How we have improved the service this month…

We have scaled up outbound calls, seeking feedback from homeowners to improve our service

We are committed to getting more jobs for our trade members, and are continuously seeking new ways to do this. This month we have employed a dedicated, full-time, outbound call representative. Their role is to to get in touch with homeowners for feedback, and encourage them to award any pending jobs they have. This will not only increase the number of jobs awarded to our tradies but collect valuable feedback that will help drive improvements to our service.

We have made changes to which tradies we send leads too first

We are now putting more focus on tradespeople who successfully secure work through our platform. To get more leads, make sure you are correctly awarded jobs through our system.  Also if you are a specialist, then it’s better not to tick other categories if you want more leads in your specialist category.
