The Locals Property Wash is a family owned business. Together, we have become Auckland's choice for property washing since our early days in Pukekohe to growing our cliental to the wider city.
We value experience, and therefore have a small very experienced team of operators who have all been in the game between 5 - 10 years. Soft washing requires experience for the best results and that is what we offer. We know that every surface is different and requires experienced and trustworthy operators to clean without risk of damage. We take you and your asset seriously.
We specialise in both water blasting and chemical soft washing, including roof treatments for moss and mould, cobble stone washing and farm shed cleaning.
Our prices for house washing are quoted as stated below. Prices are GST exclusive and include all extra over heads like petrol, travel etc.
Single level unit-and/or 3-4 bedroom town house $150-170
medium single level and/or split level house $200-$245
Large double storey or Large single story $250-$350
Humongous central city mansion $400-$600+
Gutter cleaning is a standard $99+GST (access dependant)
Exterior pest control is $149+GST (no matter how big the house is)
