New decking and deck extension with a pergola

This client had a lovely veranda that ran along one side of their house and led out onto the backyard. The problem was it was too narrow for outdoor entertaining and the original decking was very weathered. One of the concerns for the client was they wanted the deck space, but didn't want to lose too much of the backyard or original garden beds. So after a bit of discussing and brainstorming, we came up with a plan to extend out half of the veranda creating an L-shape deck space, giving the client an outdoor dining area while still maintaining enough grass area for the little ones to run around.

New front entrance pathway and boundary planter boxes

Even the smallest change can elevate a space. In this project, the client wanted to take their empty front lawn space and create a beautiful front entrance. They came to us with a couple of pathway images from Pinterest and a sketch on a Google Maps screenshot. We then got to work making their idea a reality!

We got our Kohanga kitchen renovations done by Dan and the team at Phoenix. Was very please with the standard of work, great communication and efficiency considering we went through lockdown and holiday periods. The staff & whanau of Te Kohanga reo o Pomaria are stoked with our new kitchen!
