Responded well and was very responsive to my change of program, coming over to provide an estimate with minimal notice. Response time was good. The reason for a 3/5 was the lack of a formal quote being offered, rather a verbal $ amount per square metre. This was sufficient to provide me a ball park but as my reason for wanting quotes at this early stage was to lock in finances as we reach the crux of the renovation. A full follow up quote should be provided post visit.
