Pleasant to deal with. Apologised for being late to the job with a legitimate reason. Received quote within hours of requesting it. Was happy to use our left-over carpet for the job. When getting out the carpet to cut for the repair, area was left untidy (this is minor, but would have been good for the area to be restored to original state). Overall, happy to recommend Brent and his team.
