Hello, i am the owner / operator of Frameline Construction. A small business specialising in residential building work. I am a qualified builder and maintain being a licensed building practitioner (LBP).

My hourly labour rate is $85+ GST per hour.

I provide an estimate for your scope of work after an initial site meeting (if required) and operate on a charge-up basis if work outside of the original estimate is needed in order to complete the original scope of work. If there are any changes to the scope of work I will contact you prior and run it by you first.

Customer had a porch out the front that they never used, so they converted that space into more living room space. Pushed the walls out and reinstated a window and front door to suit.

Reclaimed wall claddings supplied by customer. Ready for exterior paint.

Customer wanted shelter above their entrance door. Constructed from timber and corrugate roofing sheets. Spouting and downpipe also installed to catch water run off. New balustrade also.

Bathroom renovation - Mt Eden

Reno of existing bathroom and separate toilet. Keeping in theme of the houses era. I fireplace had to be removed to allow added space to the main bathroom. New hallway living room doors as well.
