Hello, i am the owner / operator of Frameline Construction. A small business specialising in residential building work. I am a qualified builder and maintain being a licensed building practitioner (LBP).

My hourly labour rate is $85+ GST per hour.

I provide an estimate for your scope of work after an initial site meeting (if required) and operate on a charge-up basis if work outside of the original estimate is needed in order to complete the original scope of work. If there are any changes to the scope of work I will contact you prior and run it by you first.

Site meeting on 28th August, added to scope of work without objection via mutual text, arranged work to commence on Sept 11th. Frameline pulled out of the work day the before scheduled commencement, on 10th September, despite work being reduced to original scope on Mike’s eventual objection the day before, and having the effect of derailing timing on the renovation. He may take the job, but will he come?
